What can I customize, and do I need an image?
Start with your own image, a subject, a color palette or an idea for a particular wall. We discuss the image, requested dimensions, production method and finish together. You do not need a finished design to begin; share your idea on WhatsApp, and we will confirm what is feasible before you order. This service focuses on wall art for home decoration.
Can I preview the artwork on my own wall?
Yes. Open Room Studio, choose your artwork, then upload your room photo. A straight-on wall photo works best. Mark a known distance on the wall to set an approximate scale, then compare the available sizes and frame finishes.
Does uploading a picture place an order or send you my file?
No. The preview processes pictures on your device; it does not send them to SeeGart or place an order. Save the preview and design details, then attach your original image and the preview in WhatsApp when discussing your request.
How do pricing, production and delivery work?
Custom work is quoted after we review your request. We confirm the production method, finished dimensions, price and applicable lead time before ordering. The preview does not currently offer custom checkout. Please also review our shipping policy and refund policy, and confirm the terms for your custom piece with us.
