How accurate are the size and frame previews?
On your own room photo, size changes show relative scale until you set a measured reference. Use a straight-on photo and mark a known distance on the same wall. Built-in rooms use an assumed furniture reference. Perspective, frame thickness and screen color can affect the result; measure your space and confirm finished dimensions before ordering. The preview does not reproduce the finished paint texture.
Can I choose any size for a custom piece?
Existing artworks use the size and finish options for that product. In “Your image” mode, current store sizes are preview references. Tell us if you need another size; feasibility, final dimensions and price are confirmed with your custom quote.
Are my pictures uploaded to SeeGart or ordered automatically?
No. Artwork and room photos selected in the preview are processed on your device. Saving a preview does not submit an order or send the originals. To request custom work, share your original image and saved preview separately on WhatsApp. The team confirms production details and price before payment; custom checkout is not connected here.
